We are currently online store only, based primarily in USA. We do intend to open a design studio in Silicon Valley, CA.

Yes, we do carry stock in USA.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY DESIGNER LABEL?
We design and manufacture each and every individual outfit in-house. Our outfits are solely sold at ShahiStyles.com. We aim to bring high quality, unique designs at an affordable price.

WAHT IS SHOP OVER VIDEO?
We would love to give our buyers a personalized shopping experience to help select our outfits. Simply set up an appointment with us and your personal shopper will assist you in every possible ways.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place the order as either Guest or by creating an account. We recommend create an account for best customer service experience.
HOW CAN I EDIT/CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER?
If your purchase has not been processed you can edit/cancel an order by following the link in your order confirmation email or on our website by following the link Edit, Cancel and Re-Order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as you submit the order, you will receive an email confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@ShahiStyles.com and we will track the order on your behalf.
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING
Standard shipping via USPS in USA is free. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER FROM TIME OF PURCHASE?
We strive to process all orders in 1-2 business days from when the order is received.
IS SHAHI STYLES RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES?
If your package is lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.
We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have received the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please send us an email with your order number to hello@ShahiStyles.com and include a picture of the damaged or wrong product. We’ll make sure to look after you!
I’M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?
We are couture inspired designer label. Generally we do not re-stock our items. However, please contact us via hello@ShahiStyles.com and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.

You can always refer to our size chart, however, we recommend shop over video with us to get a personalized experience and discuss in more details with our stylist.
CAN YOU ALTER TO MY SIZE FOR THE ITEMS YOU HAVE IN USA?

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DOES SHAHI STYLES ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay via paypal services.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DEBITED OUT OF MY CARD?
Payment is only debited from your card when checkout is completed.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We only accept one credit card per order. You are more than welcome to place separate orders with different cards.
WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD BEING REFUSED?
The card in use may have expired. You may have exceeded the authorized credit limit. Please contact your bank. Your billing address may differ from your shipping address. Please call your credit card company to verify your information. A mismatch can cause an inconvenience in all purchases. Always check that all fields are filled in correctly.

DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Yes, you can return using our on-line Easy Returns. You can return your item within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise date. Please note, we cannot accept returns outside of the 7 days, and they will be sent back to you. Please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Ensuring the tags and labels are still attached and undisturbed and original packaging.. You can find out more about our returns and refund policy.
WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING IF I RETURN?
Shahi Styles provide free return as long as the product is returned as per our return policy.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we have received, inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
